Trent's New Do

A few weeks ago I saw Tom Brady- (patriots quarterback?) on TV and I liked his hair.
I told Trent that he should grow out his hair so it looks like Tom's. After 3 weeks here is in the work in progress:

Before is on the left and after is on the right.

Happy Birthday Adie!

Trent's Sister's baby, Adelaide, just turned one today! That means she gets to sit forward in her car seat now. How fun! It also means that she is getting closer and closer to walking. Yea for Adie! The picture above is when she first met Kalil a couple of months ago. Adie is such a cutie!

Yum! Fiber One bars

These bars are extremely delicious. I bought a big box of them at Costco last week and have been downing them ever since- they are absolutely addicting. There is only one minor problem- they give you terrible gas. Gas like you have never seen/heard/smelt before. A couple of days ago I got a little over ambitious and ate about 4 or 5 bars (again they are very addicting)…both Trent and I bore the consequences that night when my gas kept us both awake!!! It was such a dreadful experience that I vowed never to eat that many bars in one sitting ever again. I can’t however go cold turkey (I am addicted) so I have continued to eat one or two here and there. And I have continued to have slightly more gas than usual. This morning in gymnastics class I was on the bar and everyone was standing there, watching, waiting their turn, when I tried to do some flip thing around the bar I unexpectedly let one out. How embarrassing!!
I will never ever eat another Fiber One bar ever again.

Yea! We have a blog!

I am not sure if it is the right time in our lives to begin a blog… we are very busy with school which means a) we don’t have time to make frequent posts and b) uninteresting subjects occupate our minds- accounting and science. We also don’t have cute kids to post pictures of yet (the cute part might not ever happen!).

There are however some reasons why we should keep a blog- keep up-to-date on our friend's and family's lives, and allow you all to keep up-to-date on ours. Before I begin with the daily (wait, lets start with more realistic goals- weekly) posts, here is a little background on us and some recent pictures of our adventures.

Trent is a Junior at BYU studying Exercise Science. He is quite the Chemistry lover, as well as a lover of exercising and sports. He will apply to dental school this May so cross your fingers for him!

I (lets be honest- Trent has nothing to do with this blog) am working on my Masters degree in Accounting/Tax at BYU. I love crafts, cooking, eating, exercising, and sleeping. I will graduate with Trent in 15.5 months and am eager to relocate to a warmer climate.
